New report from "the Enough Project": Creating a Peace to Keep in Darfur

The deployment of the UN-AU peacekeeping force is slowly moving ahead despite constant obstruction by the Sudanese government, continued fighting, and the inability of UN member states to contribute 24 helicopters to the mission. However, the force will be inadequate without a viable peace process. Currently, the Darfur peace process is in shambles.
